1.  TDS(Total dissolved Solids) 

What it is: TDS is a measurement of the content and level of naturally occurring salts and minerals dissolved in water. 2. pH (Potential Hydrogen)

What it is: pH is the measure of the acidity or alkalinity of water on a scale of 0 to 14.

• 7 represents neutrality.

• Below 7 indicates acidity (associated with sickness).

• Above 7 indicates alkalinity (associated with health).

Why it matters: Human blood pH should ideally be between 7.35 and 7.74. If the pH falls below 7.35, the body becomes prone to acidosis, which is a root cause of many modern diseases.
